Quicklaunch taskbar woes
G'day !
Have XP Pro with SP1.
256mb
Athlon 850
Used all " Black Vipers "Safe Configeration"tips
I have set up the comp for myself only as Administrator, however whenever I put all my quicklaunch icons in a particular order, when I exit Windows, the screen say's " logging off" then " saving your settings" then Windows is closing down"
When I restart Windows, all the icons have gone back to how they were before I changed them !
Is this something to do with the user accounts? I have disabled the Guest account.
Only a little problem but annoying enough for me to not be able to get to sleep !!
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Click on an empty space on the taskbar and choose "Lock the taskbar"...see if that does the trick.
