I'm trying to get a laptop set up for a specific use... It's OLD and will run Win3.1,,, Maybe 95...

The program that I need runs on win95 but doing some searching say Win32 (pw1118.exe) win get 32bit apps running on 3.1...

But it's nowhere to be founs since Microsoft pulled support of 3.1... Can this program be shared?!? If so can someone provide a working link or get it to me?!?
