Can't Copy Pictures From IE
When I right click any image in IE and try to save picture I get error "The system cannot find the file specified". Temporary internet files are stored in C:\My Documents\My Name\Local Settings\Temp Int Files. But, when I browse to that location the folder is empty. In IE I click on tools\internet options\temp internet files\settings\view files I can see all temp internet files and I can copy and paste from that location.
Please help.

Thanks in advance

No one has an answer?
IE tools/internet options/temp internet files/settings/view files shows all files in the docs & settings/my name/local settings/temporary internet files. But when I browse in windows explorer to that temporary files folder it is empty. Files are not there. As such I cannot copy a picture off the internet because the system cannot find the file.
Why do files show in IE tools, but not in the temp int files folder? The path where the files are being cached is correct.

rwinegar--When I right click on an image in IE, I get--among several other choices-- the choices of "Save target as" and "Save Picture as". Clicking either one, gives me a dialog box where I have the choice of where to save the image, what to name it and what file type extension to save it as.
Aren't you getting that dialog box?

Yes, I get that option. But the picture is not saved because the system cannot find it. No files are being cached in the temporary internet file folder. The cached files show up under tools/internet options/etc, but they do not appear in the temp int file folder. I think that folder has become corrupt, but I do not know how to fix it.

rwinegar--A long shot. Repair IE
Add/Remove Programs|Scroll to Microsoft Internet Explorer|highlight|click Add/Remove. The next panel should have three options, one is Repair IE. Check the box and click OK.
Two other long shots. Are you able to download other files, etc., from the Internet? If not, you may have a problem with
1) Cache too full
2) A Quick Time plug in.
The latter can be deleted from Regedit.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\PlugIn\Extension Delete the Extension key. Reboot.

I FIXED IT!!!!!
After sitting in front of this computer for 18 hours I finally figured out it was the Internet filter in McAfee AV program. I turned off the Internet filter and once again IE is caching cookies and temporary Internet files to the temporary internet file folder. And once again I am able to click on a picture in IE and save it.
How dangerous is it browsing the Internet with this particular filter turned off? All downloaded files including e-mail and all system files are still monitored.
Thanks to everyone for your suggestions.
