DeltaCrew-pcanywhere type question

I have a home network...this will also apply to a customers business network.....pure IP driven no dialup modems at all.....I want to be able to turn off another machine on the network from the main server/host machine I have pcanywhere but have never installed it 10 computer license......Is this a good program to use for this function and if so why.....if not what is.....

I have the problem with it that it seems to crash/freeze Win98 (host) machines from time to time, fx. when running for a long period, like 6-7 days. It's not a certain crash/freeze, only sometimes - even when using the latest Symantec patch. Otherwhise it's a nice program although a bit confusing at first to set up.
