upgradeing Pentium3
Can Anyone Please Tell me if it is possible to Upgrade a Pentium 3 450Mhz to a 800Mhz or Higher.
The Board is a Pentium 3,Slot 2, 450Mhz, Intell 82443BX/ZX, 440BX.

850 is the highest the board will go (100 FSB)

sp agent,,THANKS for your Reply m8.
It's my Nephews Comp and he is wondering if he should just buy a bigger prosessor for that P3 or go and buy a New Board & Prosessor. He has 2 Comps (Greedy Bugger)and his new one is a P4 1.7ghz.He wants the one he's going to upgrade for Games, so would 800Mhz be good enough. Take Care.
