    CD recorder fails

    Great to have a cd recorder, but when it brings a beautiful blue screen as soon as a CD is inserted, it isn't that great any more.
    Mat****a site isn't much help. The type is CW-7502. So please help me!

    When I look at the control panel, CD drives, setting, the box DMA is not there any more. So please help me! Thank you.

    Do you have DirectCD or Take Two installed? If you do, uninstall and try again.
