upgrade system with 100Mhz or 133Mhz?

I want to upgrade my computer from Pentium II, 350 Mhz to Pentium III, 800Mhz. I know I'll have to get a new motherboard along with a new processor. Would it be much better to get a 128 Mo memory based on a 133 Mhz frequency or would it make much difference if I kept my 128 memory with a 100 Mhz frequency?
    Thank you.

You would be much better off selecting a mobo that supports 133 and getting the appropriate RAM. Wouldn't have to upgrade anytime in the near future. However, your current 100 should work OK.
