    Resolved [RESOLVED] Lost mrtrate.dll

    I have a message come up on startup that I am missing a file called mrtrate.dll How do I get it back on my computer??????????

    448 MB RAM
    Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002
    Service Pack 2
    Microsoft Windows Movie Maker Version 5.1

    Windows Movie Maker Version 2.0.3312.0
    Sony Handycam model DCR-HC26
