Never had this Happen to me before so am stumped. Have always been able to solve my Printer Probs, till now.
Printer was working a Treat before this OK. Printer Works OK on Parallel Port. Wont Work in USB. So lets see if I can Explain properly.
My System is----ABIT KG7-Lite, 1.2Ghz Athlon, 512Mbt DDR Memory, 2 HDs--one 20Gbt, one 40Gbt, Lite-On 24x10x40 CDRW BurnProof. DVD-Rom, Audio is a Xwave-7000 series.WinME
Put it all into a New MegaSuper Tower,thats when my System refused to Accept the Epson USB + Software. (BUT,it does accept it on the LPT1 Parallel Port) And USB Ports are working OK cause my old HP CDRW works on there.
Not sure if my Via 4in1 Drivers are installed properly (or if even that is the prob) Would this Work by Deleting ALL Via Drivers from System Properties in Normal Mode & Safe Mode, then loading them back in then loading Printer Software. OR Load Printer Software First then Via 4in1 Drivers.
This is what's there so far.
System Devices:-USB Cable Modem Class Registry Bus. (Do I NEED this Driver as I don't have a Cable Modem)
Via Tech VT82C686 PCI to ISA Bridge.
Via Tech VT82C686 Power Management Controller. And in Universall Serial Bus Controllers I have 2 USB Root Hubs and 2 Via Tech 3038 PCI to USB Universal Host Controllers. Got 4 USB's on this System OK.
Am I missing a Driver, or have I got Via Drivers installed that I should not have.
Printer has Worked in Old Tower on USB.

Always Problems with ABITS & VIA Drivers in there. Put all this Together by Myself by following the Members in these Forums. You All have taught me quite a lot. THANKS.
