D-Link 520 Installation

hey guys, whenever i try installing the software for this card. it gives me an error sayin UNhandled Exception (title) and it says Incompatible version of the RPC stub.
so i tried installing the hardware thru control panel and when installin the driver it tells me that it Needs a file named prismnic.CAT now there in no such file altho there is a prismnic.INF so i make a copy of the file and rename iit to **.CAT and well it installed properly but then when i reboot the machine and go in the device manager an exclamation shows up sayin the Ndis.vxd could not load the device drivers. and asks me to update the driver so i update the driver thru the CD and well then it tellls me device disabled so i enable it and then it says device workin properly but once i reboot it gives me the same Ndis.vxd couuld not load the drivers and so on

you have prolly answered your own question within the same sentence.

Try downloading the driver from the net (Manufacturers webpage) then installing it.
