Info Center is struck by a disaster, and we lost our internet router, SQL server, PDC, mail server, backbone switch, finanical and HR database servers. We have limited space and resources in the backup info center. what is the most efficient way to restore the network and explain reasoning.

The obvious response is restore it as it was & tell the clients exactly what happened.
With the limited info you offer here, I don't think any other answer is possible. I must say when I read this post, I was not sure it truly contained an answerable question. Is this some kind of theoretical homework question?
