WinZip passworld

Hi, I did zip a file with private pictures and I did use a password to protect the file.
But now I'm in stuck because the stupid me forgot the password, Is there a way to find that password or should I forget about it.
I'm no hacker but stupid.

There are programs that'll crack the password but I don't know if there are any free ones.
