How do i use the icq2001b database thing ?

it says it has uploaded my contact list but if i do reinstall icq one day how do i download the contact list ?

When you re-register your ICQ account it downloads your contact list.

I never had to do anything- it did it automatically when I loaded it- I have 3640 now and no problems so far.
