    Exchange, Outlook, and Eudora

I have a user who uses Outlook at work and Eudora at home. We recently set her up with a new computer at work and ever since she has had a problem with her email. The problem that she has is that if she receives a message at work, she will not receive it at home and vice versa. She would like to be able to receive all of her mail in both places. The only difference I can see between her new Outlook settings and her old Outlook settings is that her profile name is different. On her new computer it is set to check mail using profile "MS Exchange Settings" and on her old computer it is "Microsoft Outlook." Do you think that such a difference would cause her email to behave the way that it has been? If so, how can I view the policies for the profiles or how can I create a new profile? Hope someone can help!

Oh yeah, her old machine ran Win98 and her new machine runs Win2k.

I do know that in Outlook Express you can set an option to keep the message on the server and then can also get that same e-mail at another computer.

The option in Outlook Express is under Tools/Accounts - click on mail account - click on Properties - click on Advanced tab -go to Delivery section.

I am not sure if this is an option in Eudora.
