I am attempting to use winfax 10 pro with a DSL modem on a Lan (shared via a linkseys router). I keep getting this message,

Is it possible to use this program without a traditional dial up modem? I followed the instructions and dont really understand what I'm doing. These is no option for dsl modems, only what appear to be some sort of businesses (Concord services etc...) how do I configure this to work on a LAN? I have a bunch of resumes to hand out so any assistance would be appreciated

You can't use DSL connection to fax b/c DSL modems are not compatible and hence, can't communicate with, the modems in fax machines. In addition DSL signals use different bandwidth on the phone line than those used by voice and fax signals.
