Sluggish Internet
Recently myself and others have reported sluggish internet connections www.internettrafficreport.com reports zero internet traffic world wide. I dont understand this, This cannot be
Any ideas?

Look at the graphs. Something happened at one point in time - momentary loss of something perhaps?

The web is designed using packets
Whats the gig>???
Why does www.internettrafficreport.com report all internet traffic at 0! That cannot be!

The 0 response time does correspond to 100% packet loss worldwide...maybe the compiler of the report was on a coffee break at that time???
