Blue scrollbars in Internet Explorer
I have seen this happening on several systems including my own and I dont have an answer, yet

I am going to format & reload soon. Its been over 6 months. I dont care what I experiment with. Was thinking about the DevBMP=0 fix.
Anyone else seen this and know a solution?

I visit several sites that have "turned on" the blue feature. BUT, I believe you have to have IE5.5 to see the blue.
If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.
