    Suggestion would be to start with Macromedia's support website. You'll get the complete manual, all action script references, and loads of information on how to construct different action scripts and animate complicated objects.

    And then there's tons of material on the web that takes you through, step-by-step, on how to create complicated and user friendly flash sites and programs. Check the Yahoo Flash listings.

    That should get you started for a while. And it's really chep...like free...
