Outlook email printing problem
Need advice here. I'm using Ms Outlook 2000. I am unable to print incoming emails which are in Chinese Simplified html mail format. The mails contain just English text. The network printer gives me a printout of the following error message:
"PCL XL error
Subsystem: TEXT
Error: InsufficientMemory
Operator: EndFontHeader
Position: 171"
My own mail format is MS Outlook Rich Text, Western European.
How can I fix this?
