Cant log in to Virtual Dr
This is eyesee
I can no longer log into this forum.
It says that my password is incorrect even though it has not changed since I originally created my account here.
When I click the Forget you Password? option next to the password I get the email response from the server with the user name & password fields both blank
I have emailed webmaster but have not heard back yet.
This just happened all of a sudden. It worked fine on Friday. Nothing at all has changed on the system
any clues?

Hey The member formally known as eyesee !
Don't think they work on weekends. Webmaster should answer you though. Drop the moderators a line, they may be able to provide you with a more direct access email address.
Good Luck,
Dave

Another interesting thing I just thought of about this is that when I posted something using my old login (which I always use for everything) the post didnt show up in the thread until I exited back to the thread list & refreshed.
Wonder if this could be related???
Works fine with a new login
Wasnt HKED having a problem logingg in at one point a while back?

Hi eyesee...never did get to the bottom of that.
All I did was remove/add TCP/IP, dump Client for MS Networks, IPX/SPX and NetBEUI, leaving TCP/IP just bound to DialUp and NIC.
My problem was definitely TCP/IP related as I couldn't get to any site at one stage. Ping, tracert etc didn't work.
Never did hear back from Admin so I don't know if they had a hand in fixing it, and my ISP knew nothing as usual.
Good luck with getting your old identity back.

Hey I.C.
I have that problem sometimes also, I do not get the 'thank you davidgsmith for posting' page. and then I have to get out of and go back into a thread to see my post.
Dave
P.S. After the Y2k debaucle, I never got all my tallies back. I had to re-register.
