Free GOOD Message boards to put on my site

i would like a message board kind of like the virtualdr forums that is free not the ones you get from BOARDS2GO etc.. that look like this http://64.35.44.34/boards/board.cgi?user=Mike3d

i know it is free but i want to admin it.

i also dont have my own server so i want to be able to upload it to my isp's server

i know you dont get something for nothing in this world but you must be able to get better.

i wanna start a message board maybe like virtualdr and make a little community etc..

iKonboard is free... I don't know what kind of success you'll have uploading it to a server though... I can barely get it running on MY server...

I have used EZBoard in the past, it works pretty well, though the ads have recently gotten pretty intrusive. HostBoard is also nice, they use the UBB software like here.
