Internet explorer 5
explorer cousing a prblem and message appear's while opening a page...........message..This program has perform an illegal opperation and will be shut down >>>>>>>>After details>>>>explorer coused a stack fault in module Kernel32.dl at 0177:bff8434c.Please does any one know how to fix this or what is it.thanks

Hi anwarr,
Have you tried to repair IE5? Go to Control Panel/Add&Remove Programs/Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 and Internet Tools. Click on "Add/Remove" and one of your options will be to repair. I don't know if that will solve your problem, but it's worth a try.

If that doesn't help, go into the C:\ (root) and change the name of your config.sys file to config.old. Stacks are usually set up there, however, Windows works much better without this file, as it will manage all memory best on it's own. Once you are satisfied that everything is working fine, you can delete the file.
