    IDE similar to Borland/Turbo C for linux

    Is there any IDE similar to Borland/Turbo C for linux?
    I have heard of one IDE which starts with the command 'xpwe' problem is I dunno anything else about it,like where to get it etc.I tried searching the net unsuccessfully.
