Probably no more than what were included with Windows 3.1. But if the modem is Hayes compatible then it should still basically work. If it's a Winmodem or a PCI modem then any 3.x drivers for it would be included with the modem or available on the modem maker's website. Keep in mind that Windows for Workgroups 3.11 was released in November 1993. Any drivers it includes will be for antiquated hardware. At that time, there weren't even 28.8 modems, let alone 33.6 or 56K.
