    resource kit DOS command

    I cannot for the life of me remember the command to remotely shut down a computer using dos...wtf is it?

    Shut down? As in power off? Or do you mean reboot or restart?
    Open your mind, not your computer.

    yeah you can send a command that will shut down the computer..

    nah I dont think that was it...at my last job we were running NT4 and had the resource kits installed...there was a command line uh, command that would allow you to shut down a computer over the network.

    it's just kinda buggin me now =/
