Phoenix Bios A486 Version 1.03

I´ve got a laptop with this BIOS. Normally if you have got this BIOS you also have got the same motherboard like me. I lost my motherboard manual. I really need this. I tried with my supplier but they could not help me.
DO YOU KNOW WHERE I CAN GET THIS MANUAL?
