ram problem
used calmira to see ramdrive.sys
got:
$ramdrive: extended memory status shows error
" " : no extended mem available
" " : bad extended mem manager control chain
" " : error in extended mem allocation
" " : invalid parameter
" " : insufficient memory
" " : i/o error accessing drive memory
" " : incorect dos version
" " : incompatable parameters: sector size adjisted
don't know whats going on please help!!!

don't panic button is always an arms reach away.
You are viewing a system files internal error
messages. nothing more.
On 9x systems
Ramdrive is used on your emergency boot disk
to provide unpacking space for utilities need to recover from boot failures.
If it ain't broke... I can fix that

If you have the resources maybe a good place to setup a temp folder.Kinda cleans up after itself.
Or
Compress that drive and use it as a ultra fast swap file....just kidding hee hee.

Make sure you have a line such as the following in your config.sys file (make it the first line of your config.sys file):
device=c:\dos\himem.sys or
device=c:\windows\himem.sys depending of where is the himem.sys file is on your hard-drive.
