Corrupt Jazz Sound card disk

I need to know where I can find drivers for my Jazz Sound card now it's driver disk is corrupted..

that would be jazz16 mediavision ?

mediavision i think is gone...
i would do a manual install of the driver
something like jazz16.sys
or whatever the driver was called
you only need that one file...
in config.sys
device=c:\jazz16.sys
in autoexec.bat
set blaster xx xx xx xx
whatever your values are
you should have a boot disk somewhere don't you
look at the config.sys on the boot disk

( don't tell anyone else, but you may be able to use the creative labs sound blaster(pro/16) install disks....it may be compatible...)
