Triple booting win98se win2k and xp

I have a dual boot setup with 98se and 2k and I am getting xp pro version in a couple weeks....I need to know if I can run the install to an open partition and have it automatically setup the Tri-boot for me....I do not want to lose access to my win98 boot option....what is the best way to accomplish this...I do not have partition magic and do not want to buy it either so this is not an option.....but if this is feasible without partition magic I would like to do it.
I have a 40 gig drive partitioned into 2 20 gig drives and a 20 gig in 2 10 gig drives and have 98se on the primary partition on the 40 gig and 2k on the primary partition of the 20 gig and would like to put xp on the extended partion of the 20 gig and do the installation from inside my 98 partition as that is where the 2k boot loader resides..

    what do you think

When u install XP it will give u the same options as it did when u installed 2K... so u can select the Partition u want XP on...

This is how i did it... Make your PC boot from the CDROM by going into BIOS if nessesary, then insert XP CD and restart the PC... upon Starting it should boot from the CD and give u the nessesary options to chose where u want to install it etc! The tripple boot menu will be setup automatically during the install too.

BTW i think it will also give u the same options if u start install from within Win98, but i can't remember now, so if u go by above method it will work...

Bassically u shouldn't have any problems at all with what u wanna do!

    Regards

Just install from another OS and install in separate partition. I have a quadruple boot menu (win98, XPPro, 2000pro, 2000ser).

SO far no problems are encountered!
