I have a dual boot win98se and win2k I have figured out how to make se the default but can I make the 30 second delay shorter. I want like a 5 second delay before booting...

From Win2000, right-click on 'My Computer'--> Properties (or Control Panel --> System) --> Advanced tab --> Startup and Recovery
There you can set which OS starts by default, and how long it takes to make that decision.
