where is MSCONFIG in win2k
I installed some programs that went directly to the toolbar and the startup and I dont want them to run unless I activate them how can I change them to not run automatically at startup?

W2K doesn't have that convenient feature that was available in 98. An excellent alternative, though, can be had here: http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml
It's a small and convenient program called Startup Control Panel, which keeps track of what is running, and allows you to easily enable/disable them, without needing to go into the registry.
