Making an exact copy of my hard drive to another

I recently installed a 6Gb drive on my PC and am desperately trying to find a way to make an exact copy of my actual 3Gb drive to the 6GB one. Most of the files are not a problem with the exception of the windows folder.

Is there anyway to make an exact copy from one drive to another??

Try using GHOST(www.ghost.com) to clone the drive
or use xcopy32.exe to copy the drive,
    shell out to do and type;

    xcopy c:\ d:\ /s/e/c/h/r/k

assuming that drive c: is 3Gb master
    and 6Gb is slave.Then install 6Gb
as master drive and away you go!!!!

If 30 bucks isnt a fortune to you,
I would suggest using Partition Magic's
    Drive Copy .....

    Ive helped other do-it-yerselfers by
    recommending this software......
Its very easy to use and will duplicate
cluster by cluster and expand to fit the
new drive cluster size as necessary.....

It will do a surface scan for defects and
let you know if theres a prob with the
    source or destination integrity.....

It does a non-destructive copy from the
source, so if u need to do it again or
save the old drive data, its not a prob.

The only issue is if youre using some
drive managing software, then u have the
additional steps of prepping the destination
drive for using the drive managing software
for it......keep in mind some new drives,
such as by western digital, come with drive
    management software with very similar
    software capabilities to DriveCopy....

    Hope dis Helps
