Has any one here had any experience with running F-Prot with NT 4 SP 5?

We are getting a considerable number of complete lockups since the WAN install of F-prot two weeks ago. I'm running Ver 3.11a with the latest sig files.

I have 11 machines running NT and 20 running Win98 and a couple still on Win95B. The only ones locking up are the NT machines. When I say lock up I mean lock up. The only fix is a cold boot.

We connect to the WAN with optic Ethernet and Novell. Clean and fast. The lockups occur mostly with GUI's connected to an AS-400 software package. All machines are IBM PIII 800s with 128 ram. If I exit both background scanning and scheduler the lockups cease.

Any ideas?
