Start from a Windows 98 startup disk and type in "sys c:"
After that you can only boot Windows 98.
Start Windows NT4 installation from Windows 98 and run the installation until you can choose to repair the Windows NT installation.
Repair it and then you should be back in bissunes.
With your XOSL is not needed for your system and should be uninstalled FIRST. I don't know how to do that but it needs to be removed.
In dualbooting I have two rules for myself:
1, Don't use bootloaders - they aren't needed.
2, Don't use Partition Magic - learn how to partition correctly instead. ;-)
