user32.dll and kernel32.dll error messages
A customer will be working and when the screensaver is about to start they receive the following error message:
"initialization of the dynamic link library c:\winnt\system32\user32.dll failed the process is terminating abnormally"
This will alternate with a kernel32.dll error message.
Any ideas regarding this?

I hate to sound like a Microsoft helpdesk analyst, but have you tried applying the latest Service Pack? I have found that errors like this are typically created when some piece of software changes the versions of these files. Applying the service pack usually clears it up.

upgrading to service pack 4, seemed to remove the user32.dll error. Any thoughts why a user would get "init of the dynamic link library c:\winnt\system32\kernel32.dll failed the process is terminating abnormally"
