Mouse not working for one user
I have a user who has had three separate machines. On each machine, after he has had it for about two weeks, he will be doing something, leave for about five minutes, and when he gets back the mouse has stopped responding. There is nothing I can see that he is doing wrong but it is him because I have 35 other users with the exact same configurations as far as hardware/software and they have not had this problem. I do notice though that it happens mostly in office applications but it has done it in AutoCad as well. A cold boot will restore the mouse to funtionality and a warm boot does nothing. If anyone has any ideas or has seen this before I would appreciate hearing what you have done to fix it.

It's time to change the user.
