Go through the documentation on the CD, that should answer most of your questions. Then install the program and configure it. If you have problems, get the error from the Event Viewer, error message etc and check the MS Support site.
I've set this up for a number of clients and had very little trouble with it. What trouble I've had, I resolved as above.
That should get you through most things and you can always post back here if you have a specific problem.
