I've researched this a little bit. I'm on a Gateway with a joystick port built-in. The only results that I have discovered are there are two joystick options for NT. These options are: Use the generic analog driver, or use the driver for the Microsoft Sidewinder 3D Pro. Both of these drivers may be available off of your original NT media, however I've loaded both drivers off of my Gateway driver CD.
I have not however gotten them to work with the one game that I've purchased. I bought and returned an analog joystick that I tried to get working with the analog NT joystick driver, and I cannot find a Microsoft Sidewinder 3D Pro joystick anywhere. I tried to use an alternate joystick, a MS Sidewinder Precision Pro, but no luck.
That's all the info that I have right now....good luck.

I know this is tough to accept guys, but NT Workstation is designed for corporate use. Windows 9x is designed for games. Maybe, sometime in the 21st century, Microsoft will produce an OS with security and fun but don't hold your breath!
