    MACH2 Show!!! (oievy) Huh momster?? I know it's late but then consider the fact that time doesn't exist? Yeah sure you sit here and play with the pc while I go out and try to make some $$..

    NOPE you won't here the x-bull on the mach2 show only the most sincere and loving diatribe on earth! (even rusble lomballs says he wished he had it so good!)

    anybody who doesn't know the rules by now is probably dead or near earth temperature. Nuff said.

    Okay.. To start with? the topic is gas. i.e. ,more prone to human flatulae? but if anyone is interested in gas formula's for balloons and politics should mix nicely.

    i.e. N.C. is in the hole 2 billion and the gov has included 275million for a nonexistant lottery/ earnings to balance the budget.

    I say no tickey?? no washee!

    We fit a gud fite...but our gasbag Guvonor, Jim Hodges, managed to get a lottery (An education lottery, that is) for the South Carolina mafioso. Of course it manages to sell tickets to the good citizens of the other Carolina which wisely still doesn't have such.

    LOL!! hey ghaud.. talk about gas, our gov. has declared a 3digit million projected surplus windfall to balance the budget this year! For a lottery that doesn't exist yet!

    As for school budgets?? LOL !!! they put the state sales tax in the sixties to pay for schools but it always thrown in the general fund and nc is like in the mid forties for marks and performance nationwide. I consider this is logical as it is due to the state legislature being educated under the same school system.

    I have to open some windows.

    It looks good on paper Mach! When NY started their lottery a large portion was suppose to go to education too. I wonder where it went??
    Also, what about the government suing the tobacco industry for our health?? I think 5% percent of that windfall is going towards smokers. The rest is going toward government deficits.

    I have to open the window too!

(brrrrrrrrrrrp) funny when the cash is short they always come up with a solution.. i.e. here the "hon. mayor meeker" has donned an approach to apply a fee for garbage collection based on household income. the logic dictating proposal was based on some croneys idea that if you make more money you buy more stuff and dump more garbage for pick up.

    (I have to wait for the air to clear a momment)

    I assume (this mayor of croney) grew-up and was under-educated as well. Funny I taught my kids to read before they were 4 yrs old without any gov. assistance and are still being bused, gase wasting rides around to schools miles away from the home. (go for it home schoolers)!

    LOL.. the opposition is trying to find something to throw the mayor out. (govenor? LOL...I think the this state is in maJor overthrow mode! Nobody has any money and they spent it all. go figure. Nc is a big porker barrel state.. the politicians- legislatures, all are fairly rich and control everything. State incometax is fifth highest in the u.s. and throw in the sales tax and other 'fee's'

    What else if funny? like when everything was okay with the economy? the epa was issuing Nc has too much polution from cars!! Now all of a sudden there are no complaints but the traffic is worse......

    hmmmmmmmmm hmmmmmm I like a good waltz.
