Sharing my RESTRICTED SITES list...

Hi - Is there any "user friendly" way for me to share my ie restricted sites list with a friend?

Having merged nasties.reg and added many other sites to my restricted sites list, I finally no longer get hits from doubleclick, valueclick, etc <knock on wood!>.

My friend has nasties.reg merged as well but is still plagued by the like. I want to be able to copy my list and include all my entries into her list, but don't know how.

Please advise!
