    FYI,

The .dll file mentioned in that example is just that, an example. dll files are used by many different programs for many different functions, not just drivers.

Read that link again that I posted and I believe it explains in more detail about what that .dll file did.

    Hope this helps.

Dr Seven, I find it odd Adaware didn't pick this up.

What do you have it set to scan?

And we would like help in return.....post back if it worked or not.

I have adaware set to scan exactly as you have indicated. I can't tell you why it didn't catch it.

PS: I have the exact same version of adaware as you have but it doesn't show two "Fixed" and it doesn't show two "Removable".

The two fixed is because of the hardrive having a partition, and the two removeable is 1 the floppy drive and 2 a zip drive I had plugged in at the time on this PC.

I just went back to this site and another poster has now got the file and he doesn't use Morpheus either, the original poster still insists that using Ad-Aware removes the file, which obviously doesn't in your case. Last 2 replies in the post.

So another Search on the PC, is recommended at this time, to locate the problem file/s.

What is your connection to the Internet, 56k dial-up or ADSL/Cable etc. Also what browser are you using, IE5 /6 ?

I downloaded the zip file mentioned on the site and looking through it, noticed one entry was in the Contents IE5\number here\ folder, of C:\Windows\Temporary Internet Files.

This folder is MS's spy folder to track your Surfing habits. Now I am wondering if you have the file in this folder.

If you do a search and point to the C:\Windows\Temporary Interent Files folder, using the browse button in the Find window, it may pick it up from there.

If you can find an original file on the PC and not the Shortcut on the desktop, right click the file and select Properties and see if it gives any info of what the file is related to.

When you do find the original file, can you E-mail it to me as an attachment, so I can have a look at the contents of the file, it may give a clue to what is creating it and also tell me, where the file was found on the PC.

the file icon you have comes from the new version of morpheus if you have read their email or tested this site you got it that way go into your program files and see if anything about morpheus is there

    To Frebo.

This case is closed as far as I am concerned.

I got rid of the icon on Saturday night by deleting bpboh.dll.
    I do not have morpheus.

Thanks for trying to help if that was what you were doing. If not, if you were asking for advice then that's my advice. Get rid of bpboh.dll.
