Video problem

Wife's computer. AMD K6-2 400mhz, 128mb ram,
20gb Maxtor, Creative 3D Blaster Riva TNT2 with 3db9xdrv650 upgrade, SB Live.

Trying to run grandkids games, Sesame Street Learning series and others, she get a message
"Video not available,cannot find 'vids:IV 32'
decompressor" What is this and where can I find it. Or better yet what do I need to do.
