Blue screen of death when system freezes
Recently, when I have gone to some site that freezes up and I click "control, alt, and delete" and get the box that says "the program is not responding and may be waiting for an action on your part" and I click
"Cancel" to return to Windows, instead of going back to Windows the blue screen comes up and says "Fatal Exception in OE".
Is this something I should worry about? And if so, what can I do about it?

It is not always the same site. The program that freezes is usaully some kind of video clip. I recently updated my video card, though, so I don't think that's it.
I didn't have any problem with going back to windows prior to this. Even though I got sites that froze my system before. Once it was even an email that froze my system. But I don't have a virus either.
