How come InnoculateIT can't open 5 files to scan??

Hi,
I just ran a scan with InnoculateIT and this was the result:

C:\WINDOWS\WIN386.SWP - unable to open file - not scanned.
C:\WINDOWS\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\INDEX.DAT - unable to open file - not scanned.
C:\Program Files\InoculateIT PE\VIRUSLOG.TXT - unable to open file - not scanned.

Finished scanning: 8:12:14 PM, 1/10/02
Number of files scanned: 16044.
Number of files that could not be scanned: 5
No file viruses detected.

I'm wondering why it can't open these files to scan them. What if there was a virus in one of them?

Thank you so much Triple 7. I bookmarked that page for future reference too. Do you run IPE to scan "all files"? I do.
