Outlook not showing emails older than 3 mionths
The oldest email currently displayed in Outlook 2024 is dated 5/16/2026. I have followed instructions for fixing this, including ensuring it is set to "Keep offline mail for ALL." I have also rebooted my PC after trying fixes, but the displayed emails still end at 5/16/2026. What else can I try? Thanks in advance!

Are the older mails showing up in the ARCHIVE Folder? If so, you can disable or adjust when the mails get archived.

From AI:
Outlook limits local storage to save space. To retrieve older emails, adjust your Mail to keep offline slider to sync your entire mailbox.
Here is exactly how to update your settings:
1. Open Outlook and go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
2. Select your email account and click Change.
3. Under Offline Settings, find the Mail to keep offline slider.
4. Drag the slider to the right to All.
5. Click Next, then Finish, and restart Outlook.
Outlook will now download your older emails from the server. This may take some time depending on your mailbox size.
