I am assuming that you have a version of Windows installed on that laptop. Did they change your user account password?

I have Windows 11 installed on my laptop. A few days ago I noticed the mouse arrow was moving on my screen and there was a the letters "Remote PC" they must have changed my pin. I turned off the laptop and tried to restart I entered the PIN which I have used for a long time many times and it said incorrect pin, final time it said "it said you entered a pin too many times" restart your devicse. the only way i could restart was by holding the power buuton down and a sliding the arrow down, when it restarted it went back to the login screen. the same as before.
PLEASE HELP.

Unfortunately, this is one of those issues where we cannot really post help steps here where anyone, including would-be hackers, can see them. However, an internet search for recovery methods might return some worthwhile results.

One thing you can do to avoid the hacker accessing your computer while it's turned on is to go into your router/modem and see if it shows the address/stats of the remote computer that hacked you. Depending on the router model/make you may be able to block that address permanently so you can at least turn on the laptop without them having access to log into it again.
You may also be able to whitelist only your own computers so no others can access any of them via the router/modem.
