I think I haven't explained myself properly and you don't understand.

Diagnose the connection, troubleshoot it!
This is no different to clicking on File Explorer and getting a message to go out on the web and find something to make it work.
Go to your win 11, find Diagnose Connection and click it. You will see it gather information and maybe tell you that it can't find anything wrong. I get to go shopping, even after the latest has been installed.
The msg is difficult to capture because it vanishes quickly.
