When and where are you getting this error? Does Windows no longer boot to a normal Desktop screen?

Microsoft Edge should be installed. That would open the support link. Maybe web links are not associated with a web browser at this point?

Right now, we are just guessing. We need more information on EXACTLY what is, or is not, happening that you want to happen, or not happen.
