Samssung Sound Bar not responding

I have a soundbar, a Samsung CV 400 I think. It stopped responding to the remote's volume control. Speakers work. I use the Xfinity remote for it. But none of my several remotes work. I've had it like that for some years. I've forgotten everything I know. I can still work volume with the bar's manual control. I'm puzzled. Thanks

Have a look at the manual to see if it addresses the problem. Perhaps a downloadable software update could be done.

Also a manual reset using the device's buttons might help..
