What does this mean?
All of a sudden, any freeware I download and attempt to use brings up a DOS Screen thatr says one of 2 things:
1) This program cannot be run from DOS
2) This program must be run under WIN32
I am a bit confused because I am not in DOS and my system is Already Win32. I am in Windows 98se ...quite easy to see that from here.
Please don't tell me someone is messing around inside my computer, been there, done that (Trojan) and my husband has not touched anything.
Please tell me I'm stupid, well, please be nice about it... and give me a simple answer!!
Thanks,
Confused Again,
Cyndy

dump it.. it's propably outdated for your system anyway. (I've tested many apps and if they give me problems from the start I don't waste time. it's gone)

Thank You. It's more than one but since it's not "all" I'll dump them.
